Experience
Colin has been writing professionally about interior design and decor since 2021. While serving as a digital content specialist at a Denver-based marketing agency, he worked directly with local interior designers and home goods retailers to make their blogs and other website copy more engaging for potential clients. He took a short break from writing while completing his master's degree but then started a career in journalism in late 2024, joining Static Media as a writer for House Digest. His aim is to inspire and guide homeowners toward improving their living spaces on a budget. His coverage includes everything from kitchen remodeling to organization-minded DIYs to restoring antique furniture pieces. He now plans to continue sharing his knowledge of home design and decor at Hunker.
